After graduating from Oxford, I joined Keystone in 2023 and since then have helped students to attain top marks in their A-Levels and GCSEs, win places at leading selective schools including Westminster and St Paul’s, and to secure offers from Oxford and Cambridge.
Alongside my record of successful tutoring, I work part time for an alternative provision school in London, where I teach Philosophy and Religion at A Level and GCSE. There, I lead on helping students with Special Educational Needs to achieve their full potential. I’ve spent much of professional career helping children and young adults to work towards their goals, adjusting my support to keep them engaged and motivated.
As an Oxford University graduate, I’m always excited to share my enthusiasm for Philosophy and History with my students. By running Oxford tutorial style sessions where I encourage pupils to think on their feet and engage with their subjects at a wider level, I’ve helped students to secure places to read PPE and History at Oxbridge, as well as to selective schools, whose interview processes can be just as demanding!
My teaching experience and my education have given me an in-depth understanding of a range of topics in the humanities, and more importantly, the skills and subject knowledge students will be expected to be able to demonstrate in their exams. I love helping students to find solutions to problems in their essays on their own, but I’m equally skilled at explaining their course content in a clear, refreshing and precise way.
